一、申辦時機:Application time:
包含在職證明、服務證明、離職證明等各式證明書申請,隨時收件,約需3個工作日後核發。
Applications for certificates, including employment certificate, service certificate, and resignation certificate, are accepted at any time and are typically processed and issued within 3 working days.
The application shall be processed online through the “Full-time Project Personnel Resignation Procedures and Certification Issuance System.”
The application shall be approved online by the project principal investigator and the hiring unit.
The Chinese version of the certificate is issued by the Integrated Affairs Division of the Personnel Department, while the English version is issued by the Secretariat.
For inquiry of English versions of the employment (or resignation) certificate, please complete the application process, provide the English translation of the project and your English name, and email it to Ms. Hsiang-Yi Liu at the Secretariat (contact phone: 3366-2034).
Full-time project personnel are required to complete the resignation procedures before a resignation certificate can be issued.
Temporary accounts can be applied for online within 45 days after resignation. If this period is exceeded or if the resignation procedures are carried out on paper, please download the “National Taiwan University Sponsored Project Certificate Application” and process in paper form.
Online processing of certificates is not applicable to full-time project personnel in the College of Medicine and the College of Public Health.
