一、申辦時機:Application time:
Applications shall be submitted and the subsequent procedures completed at least 30 days before the termination or early resignation from employment.
1. 應於「專任計畫人員離職程序及證明核發系統」線上辦理「離職手續」。
The resignation procedures shall be processed online through the “Full-time Project Personnel Resignation Procedures and Certification Issuance System.”
2. 經計畫主持人及所屬單位線上核准。
The application shall be approved online by the project principal investigator and the hiring unit.
3. 所屬單位核准後,會辦單位可於線上進行同步審核,請專任計畫人員提出申請後,盡速完成各會辦單位所列之應辦理事項。
Upon approval by the hiring unit, the coordinating units may conduct simultaneous online evaluations. Full-time project personnel shall promptly submit their applications and complete the specific requirements set by each coordinating unit.
1. 已逾離職日期或其他原因無法線上辦理者,請改採紙本辦理:(含醫、公衛學院專任計畫人員)
If you are unable to process online due to having surpassed the date of resignation or for other reasons, please proceed with a paper-based process (including full-time project personnel from the Colleges of Medicine and the College of Public Health).
2. 填寫離職手續清單。
Fill out the form “National Taiwan University Sponsored Project Staff Resignation Procedure Checklist”
3. 經計畫主持人及系(所)主任蓋章。
Obtain stamps from the project principal investigator and the department chair (or institute principal investigator).
4. 持該離職手續清單至各單位會辦。
Take the completed resignation procedure checklist to the respective units for processing.
5. 離職手續清單完成後請送人事室綜合業務組登錄存查。
After completing the resignation procedure checklist, submit it to the Integrated Affairs Division of the Personnel Department for registration and filing.
三、其他應辦理事項及應注意事項:Other matters and notices:
Processing labor and health insurance termination: Please complete “National Taiwan University Application for Termination of Labor/Health Insurance” and submit it in advance to the Integrated Affairs Division of the Personnel Department for processing. Labor and health insurance cannot be retroactively terminated. If an employee leaves without terminate their insurance, both the employee and the employer are responsible for any unpaid premiums, which the project principal investigator shall subsequently reclaim.
Returning overpaid salaries: Any overpayment of salary must be repaid first. If the repayment is not completed, the project principal investigator is responsible for recovering the outstanding amount. (For postdoctoral research fellows recruited with funding from the National Science and Technology Council (NSTC), please go to the Integrated Affairs Division of the Personnel Department to issue a salary recovery order.)
Returning the ID Card: Holders of the NTU identification card are required to return them to the Integrated Affairs Division of the Personnel Department. In case of losing the card, please pay the fee at the Cashier Division of the Office of General Affairs and submit the second copy of the receipt to the Integrated Affairs Division of the Personnel Department.
If a postdoctoral research fellow recruited with funding from the NSTC resigns early, besides following the University’s resignation procedures, the project principal investigator shall apply on the National Science Council’s website and print the application form. After obtaining approvals (stamps) from the project principal investigator, department (institute) head, and dean (no separate written approval required), the form shall be submitted to the Integrated Affairs Division of the Personnel Department.
For employees who have previously contributed to a resignation savings fund at the University and will not continue employment at the school, please proceed to the Cashier Division of the Office of General Affairs to settle the resignation savings account.
If a foreign postdoctoral research fellow resigns early, please apply to the Ministry of Labor for early termination of employment.
