Faculty and Staff Counseling and Support Services
The Hsin-Tien Psychological Counselling Center of the National Taiwan Normal University (hereinafter referred to as Hsin-Tien) provides professional and diversified counseling services, including in-person, telephone, and video consultations.
Each faculty or staff is eligible for up to four free counseling sessions per year (50 minutes per session). Colleagues do not need to pay in advance or handle the reimbursement procedures. All fees are billed directly to NTU by Hsin-Tien. All consultations are strictly confidential. Faculty and staff are encouraged to make full use of these services.
Appointment Procedures:
Counseling services at Hsin-Tien are provided by licensed psychologists and professional teams. Appointments may be made through the following channels:
Service hours: Monday–Friday: 10:00–21:00; Saturday: 10:00–17:00

In-person counseling: Hsin-Tien Psychological Counseling Center, No. 16, Lane 5, Qingtian Street, Daan District, Taipei City.
Telephone counseling: Arrange the time and method by appointment with Hsin-Tien.
